SandCastle Resort has a range of activities to make your getaway even more unique.

Games Room
The Games Room has been designed to give you the feel of a retro environment. It brings the player back to the days of pool parlours and soda shacks. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Try your hand at foose ball, air hockey, pool or a friendly card game.

Decks and Pools
Our expansive deck wrapping around the facility on three levels invites one to enjoy a beverage in the sun or shade at any time of day. Our outdoor pool is sure to please whether you are looking to cool off with a dip or take in a few laps. On cooler days there is nothing like soaking in our outdoor hot tub.

Massage Therapy
A spa treatment from our licensed therapist is sure to relax tired muscles or stress built up from the world you left behind. Enjoy this service for an additional fee covered by most workplace health plans! As we grow, we plan to expand to include a greater number of treatments and spa options.

Fine Dining
Our wonderful weekend dinner menu offers choices to please any pallet. Each entrée starts with your choice of appetizer for two followed by one of our signature salads, your choice of entree, and end with one of our chef’s delectable desserts. Reading & Relaxing
During your stay, we encourage you to escape the confines of your guest room to explore the many other areas of our mansion. Our parlour is the perfect room to play piano or visit over tea and dainties, while our library is quietly tucked away on the third floor for your personal solace. Enjoy reading one of our selections or bring your own to indulge in. Our great room, equipped with movies and a large screen TV encourages you to curl up and be entertained. The fourth floor turret with a 360 degree view is the perfect setting for a romantic interlude of stargazing and northern light viewing.

Flora & Fauna
Nestled in the heart of a wildlife management reserve, SandCastle Resort is the ideal place for whitetail deer viewing. So comfortable are the deer with our presence that guests have even viewed a fawning from their window! Our walking trails offer the opportunity to identify the thirty plus varieties of birds found in our area.

Horse Riding
With our picturesque natural surroundings, you will want to be sure to take in the area on horse back. For a extra fee, we would be happy to make horse riding a unique part of your stay.

Canoe on the North Saskatchewan
The North Saskatchewan River is only minutes away from SandCastle Resort. The scenery is breathtaking. So whether you are an avid naturalist, a photographer or just want a relaxing ride down the river, this is an activity you won't want to miss. For an extra fee, half day and full day excursions can be arranged.
