At SandCastle Resort we believe weddings should be an intimate expression of love between the couple and their closest friends and relatives. We specialize in fine dining for 56 guests or less and cocktail receptions for 75 or less. We aim to provide stress and hassle free arrangements allowing your wedding day to be one of relaxation and enjoyment. Services we offer and provide for your peace of mind include:

Food and Beverage Services: We can look after all of your dining needs from bridal showers and rehearsal dinners to evening banquets, late lunches, gift openings and our sunrise breakfast at the top of the castle for the wedding couple.

Accommodations: We offer overnight accommodation for the bride and groom in our private majestic suite as well as overnight accommodation for their closest guests in our 9 newly renovated and beautifully decorated luxury rooms. Other accommodations for your remaining guests can also be made at nearby facilities.

Activities: At SandCastle Resort we offer a unique facility to entertain your treasured guests. Your private and exclusive wedding party offers a range of outdoor activities which may include visiting on our 5,000 sq foot deck, swimming and relaxing in our hot tub, scavenger hunts, croquette and horseshoes to indoor activities like playing billiards, air hockey, and foosball in our games room. If you like we can also arrange horseback riding or wagon rides.

The Wedding Package

The cost of our Wedding Package is based on a 7 hour event. The following outlines the itinerary we follow when hosting wedding receptions, as well as the items included with our wedding package price.
4:00 pm

Ceremony in Aspen Hollow with white garden chairs
5:00 pm
 Cocktail Reception to take place in our 50’s games room and outdoor patio.
6:15 pm
 Dinner Service with a selection from one of our gourmet wedding menus. Our specially selected house wine* is served with dinner.
9:30 pm
 A late evening coffee and tea service as well as service of your wedding cake if desired.
11:00 pm
 Departure
